Description
This was done in 2003 in order to honor the Starfleet Ship called "The Morning Star". They were a local organization of Star Trek fans who helped out in the community. I colored it recently and made a few cosmetic changes to the line art in photoshop. I remember thinking it was rushed, even for 2003 standards, mainly because I was focusing on getting the third issue of Straw man done.

in an unrelated note, I have a feeling that Kirk hates comics, or the equivalent of comics in whatever the hell year star trek takes place.
